Once the order has been placed, the order in shipment is not subject to change.
The buyer has the right to reject the order. If the order is rejected after delivery, the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping cost.
Delivery is free in Armenia.

The products purchased from Melin.am can be returned within 14 days after the purchase in accordance with the RA legislation.

– Returns are made in advance by letter
3. Delivery of returnable product:
– The product return delivery service is paid.
– Return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer free of charge.

4. Reimbursement of the returned product
– When we receive the returned product, we will inform you whether or not the amount is refundable based on the condition of the product.
– Refunds for returned products are made within five working days.
